The Value In Truth

A curiosity
It creates a boundary broken
A quick look of shadows unspoken
And now I know
It grows in my head
Expanding beyond my consciousness
It has a life of its own
So many differing towers
Of where the shadow came from
Perhaps I should have kept my eyes blind
But I would rather know the truth
The question remains do I tell you
If I keep it inside
It will cause parts of me to slowly die
If I confide then we may lose
But then the walls will fall
New life will be exposed to grow
And only then
Shall we really win
